The Cincinnati Islamic Community Center works toward one vision: to establish and maintain a model Muslim community life. We follow the teaching of Imam W. Deen Mohammed, who called on Muslims in America to build community life where they live, with our own masjids, schools and businesses, in neighborhoods we help care for.
Today that work happens across two former school buildings on 4.3 acres in Westwood, which we are turning into a place of worship, business, care and growth for the whole neighborhood.

Sundays: Ta'leem from 11 am to 12 noon, then Arabic class from 12 noon to 1 pm. A weekend school for our children, a khutbah every Friday, and a Speakers Bureau that gives churches, schools and community groups a balanced presentation of Al-Islam.
Our food pantry has served Westwood neighbors since 2006, whatever their race, gender or religion. Families choose their own groceries, so help never costs anyone their dignity.
Real unity starts with real participation. Young ideas and elder insight work side by side on the future of the Westside.
The flag is a book, and the book is the Holy Qur'an. Imam W. D. Mohammed taught that knowledge is what we should exalt, and that Muslims in America must build community life where they live.

The pantry runs on volunteers. Help stock the shelves and welcome neighbors on pantry days.
Talks and interfaith dialogue that give a balanced presentation of Al-Islam, in plain language.
A workshop with young people in the inner city who have been affected by violence, run by members of our community.
Dinners and gatherings through the year. Everyone is welcome.
A pantry where families choose their own groceries, for neighbors in the 45211 and 45225 ZIP codes. Open the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, 10 am to 12 noon. Families shop once a month or in an emergency, with referrals for help we cannot give ourselves.
